Lunch n Learn w/ DJ_Dave
Join the BU Arts Initiative for a lunch n learn with artist, DJ_Dave, who DJs through live coding! DJ_Dave will discuss her inspiration, process, journey through the industry, and more! This event is open to all BU students, but registration is required to attend. Lunch will be provided during the event.
DJ_Dave is an experimental electronic-pop artist, DJ, and producer, synonymous with the art of live coded music — music made and performed using computer code. As a proponent for coding in the club, DJ_Dave reexamines electronic musical temporality and connects live coding to the masses. This event is part of the BU Arts Initiative artist residency, which offers the unique opportunity to explore the intersection of computer coding and the arts. You can learn more about this residency at bu.edu/arts/residencies
