Poetry Reading: A Tribute to David Ferry
David Ferry was an acclaimed American poet, professor, and translator. Ferry’s translations, which include some of the world's major works of poetry, are known for their fluency and grace. Ferry was a much-loved professor here at BU. He died last year at the age of 99. Several friends and colleagues will read poems in his honor. Co-sponsored by the BU Center for the Humanities, the Core Curriculum and CITL at CGS.
