2025 MFA Painting Thesis Exhibition
Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts 2025 <a href="https://www.bu.edu/cfa/academics/degrees-programs/painting/mfa/">MFA Painting</a> thesis exhibition will be on view in the Stone Gallery from April 29 through May 18. The exhibition is open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
The Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in Painting at Boston University promotes the discipline in its varied manifestations as a fundamental form of artistic expression. At its core, the program is studio-driven, with rigorous expectations about each student’s focused commitment to their individual artistic practice.

SVA’s Thesis Exhibitions showcase work by graduating MFA candidates across Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Print Media & Photography, and Visual Narrative. These culminating exhibitions highlight the diverse practices, critical inquiries, and innovative approaches shaping the next generation of contemporary artists and designers.
