Tour of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Reading Room

Join a guided tour of The Martin Luther King, Jr. Reading Room during the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day Celebration. The Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center of the BU Libraries proudly holds an archival collection of Dr. King’s manuscripts, notebooks, correspondence, printed material, financial and legal papers, photographs, and other items dating from 1947 to 1964. The Martin Luther King, Jr. Reading Room exhibition explores, through facsimiles of his papers, several facets of Dr. King’s work and life, stretching from his academic doctoral work at Boston University to his role in the Civil Rights Movement. Join this tour to learn more and to engage with Dr. King’s legacy through his papers.
