Wheelock Community Trauma-Informed Yoga Class

Dear Wheelock Community, I am a first-year doctoral student in Educational Studies - Language & Literacy Education studying the impact of yoga and mindfulness practices, as well as a trauma-informed yoga instructor. Please join me in taking a mind and body break at my restorative, trauma-informed yoga class accessible for all levels in support of Rosie’s Place, a women’s homeless shelter in Boston, MA. Fuzzy socks will be collected at the event and must be new in the package. Yoga mats will be provided and please bring water.
