Self Defense for Women Course
The Resisting Aggression with Defense (R.A.D.) Basic Personal Defense System is a national program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. This program trains women in basic self-defense techniques and offer viable options when confronted with various threats of violence and aggression. The Fall 2024 Course will take place on Nov. 13, Nov. 20, Dec. 4, and Dec. 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. in Hiebert Lounge. Attendees must attend all classes to complete the course.
