1989: The Fall of the Berlin Wall and the End to an Age
Join us for a panel discussion commemorating the opening of the Berlin Wall, which took place 35 years ago on November 9, 1989. Prof. Igor Lukes (Department of History, Pardee School of Global Studies), Prof. Joseph Wippl (Pardee School of Global Studies), and Prof. Jonathan Zatlin (Department of History) discuss the significance of this historic moment in a new political age. The conversation will be moderated by CSE Director Vesko Garčević (Pardee School).
