Four-Week Mindfulness Meditation Series
Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness practice. By attending weekly guided meditation sessions, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help manage stress, promote relaxation, increase focus, and connect with other students. Free and open to all BU students. Attend the entire series, or drop in as you like. Hosted by BU Student Health Services.
