Mindful Movement Yoga
A yoga practice that combines breathing with gentle, self-paced movement to encourage calmness and increase resilience when stressed. This class incorporates trauma-responsive principles and practices. Free and open to all BU students. Held on Zoom. Hosted by BU Student Health Services.
