Stress ReLeaf: Working with Tea for Calm & Focus
Stress ReLeaf workshops use tea as a catalyst for mindfulness. Through education and relaxation we will explore the ancient practice of gong fu cha (“making tea with skill”) and cultivate a space that focuses on the present moment. Registration is required.
