Building & Strengthening Relationships
This interpersonal group is a safe, supportive space for students to explore their emotions, experiences and feelings while connecting with others. In this group, the group leader acts as a moderator who guides the group towards a focus on emotions and relating in the present moment. This type of group can help students who are navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, or just wanting to understand themselves and others more fully. Hosted by BU Student Health Services.
