H1B Visa Process: Time Sensitive Insights from the Experts
With the upcoming H1B cap season quickly approaching come March, this webinar will take a deep dive into the H1B visa process, focusing on its impact on the career options for international students. GoinGlobal has teamed up with top immigration attorneys to offer clear guidance on U.S. visa options. During this presentation, you will learn more about the H1B visa lottery system, how to qualify for it and the timeline limitations involved in applying, including H1B cap-exempt organizations who can submit applications outside of the standard lottery process. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of the presentation. About the Speakers: Mark Rhoads and Crystal Malik are well recognized immigration attorneys with the Immigration Practice Group of the McCandlish Holton law firm. They work with companies and universities throughout the United States successfully processing thousands of work visas and green card applications each year. Mark and Crystal frequently collaborate with universities to counsel staff and students on the latest guidelines for successfully navigating the US immigration process. Mark has been repeatedly recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America for Immigration Law,” while Crystal has been highlighted as one of the “Best Lawyers in America-One to Watch” in the same field.
