Creation as Teacher
This is a zoom conversation with Judy Skeen. Judy Skeen is a professor of religion at Belmont University. She is a full-time teacher and her courses include Spiritual Formation, Eco-Justice and Faith, Biblical Studies, Cross-Species Communication (prey/predator with horses), and Contemplative Thought and Practice. Her experience in leading groups has been developed in a variety of settings: classroom, congregations, spiritual direction, round pen work with humans and horses, and conflict mediation. Judy is a graduate of Samford University (B.A.), Vanderbilt University (M.A.) and Southern Seminary (M.Div. and Ph.D). Her most recent publications are chapters and articles about the connection between working with horses and human learning. She also had articles and curriculum published from her work in New Testament studies.
