Art to Support Mental Health: Portraits
Learn how visual arts can support your mental health! Portraits can be a form of creative and descriptive writing. While making portraits, you may learn about the qualities you value in yourself or others. Whether you have previous art experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you explore using portraits in your creative practice for self-expression and wellbeing.
