Asian Students Support Group
This support group hosted by BU Student Health Services is designed to create a safe space for students identifying as Asian, Asian American, Biracial and/or Pacific Islander to discuss their experiences related to their ethnic and racial identities. Topics may include ways to de-stigmatize mental health, identity, anti-Asian hate crimes, and validation of each other’s experiences. Mindfulness skills will be incorporated to help cope with and manage daily stressors and emotions.
