LGBTQIA+ Scholar Series: Voices of Transgender and Nonbinary Adolescents From Across the United States
Featuring Melissa K. Holt, Associate Professor in Counseling Psychology and Director of Kilachand Honors College.
Melissa (she/her) will present findings from Project AVANT, a longitudinal study of transgender and nonbinary (TNB) adolescents she conducts with a multi-disciplinary team. In particular, Melissa will highlight results related to the ways in which the contexts (e.g., family, political) in which TNB adolescent participants are embedded are associated with their well-being.
