PAINTING on a FULBRIGHT Artist Talk by Megan Marlatt
Join us for an artist talk with Marlatt. Also, learn how to apply for a Fulbright Fellowship with Jeffrey Berg from the BU Office of Fellowships and Scholarships. Megan Marlatt, known for her carnivalesque paintings and BIG HEAD masquerade events, was a recipient of a Fulbright Scholar Research Fellowship to Belgium in 2018, where she studied Belgian carnival culture and painters. Since 2013, Marlatt has been the founder and director of the artist collective, “The Big Head Brigade”, a group that builds and performs in large papier-mâché heads.
