IS&T RCS Tutorial - Introduction to Freesurfer, Part Two (Hands-on)
This tutorial is a hands-on review of the additional tools and functions in FreeSurfer used to move between spaces/surfaces, extract statistics, project statistics onto surfaces, create images/movies, customize ROIs, and more. It is recommended that you have previously attended “Introduction to FreeSurfer, Part One” or have some experience in FreeSurfer.
