Four-Week Mindfulness Series

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice. By attending weekly guided sessions hosted by Student Health Services, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help manage stress, promote relaxation, increase focus, and connect with other students. Attend the entire series, or as many sessions as you like. No previous experience with meditation is needed. Free and open to all BU students. Attend in person or via Zoom. In-person attendees will also receive a free stress kit. Registration required.
