Book Talk with Michael Weinman: Arendt, Israel, and the Contemporary Relevance of the Eichmann Controversy
Join us Thursday, March 16th, at 4:30pm in the Elie Wiesel Center boardroom for a book talk with Professor Michael Weinman on his new book, “Hannah Arendt and Politics.” He will argue that Arendt’s thinking about Zionism and the modern state of Israel has everything to do with the furious and sometimes demonizing reception “Eichmann in Jerusalem” and its author faced upon its initial publication. Refreshments will be served.
