Journaling for Self-Expression

Journaling can help you explore your thoughts and feelings to support your mental health. Whether you have previous journaling experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you build a journaling practice. We’ll cover types of journaling, tips and techniques, and writing prompts. Participants will be provided with a free journal and can also build a self-care kit. Free and open to all BU students. Space is limited, please register to reserve your space.
