Sleep Solutions Group

Sleep is vital to your success as a student! Do you struggle to fall asleep at night? Or wake up feeling unrested? This group hosted by Student Health Services is a supportive place to discuss your sleep struggles and learn effective, research-based strategies in helping you obtain better sleep to improve your well-being. Students are encouraged to practice these skills between group sessions. Registration required, see website for details.
