Mindful Movement Yoga

Move your way to a calmer day! This yoga practice combines breathing with gentle, self-paced movement to encourage calmness and increase resilience when stressed. This class incorporates trauma-responsive principles and practices. Held on Zoom. Free and open to all BU students. Hosted by BU Student Health Services.
