Mind, Body, & Spirit Yoga at Marsh Chapel

Thursdays — 5:15–6:30 p.m. — Robinson Chapel and via Zoom A free, all-levels yoga class for BU students, faculty, and staff. This class introduces the basics of yoga, as well as offers opportunities to take the practice deeper for more experienced practitioners. Attention to alignment, active awareness of breath and time for care for the nervous system inform the approach to this class. Students will be guided to not only develop physical vitality, but also build conscious awareness of the mind, body, and spirit and therefore developing a deeper sense of self.
