Radical Rest: A Creative Educational Workshop with Sonalee Rashatwar

It’s been a long, stressful year, and with no spring break, it’s hard to find time to meaningfully rest. As a way to connect with each other and center our collective healing, we invite you to come dream with us! On Thursday, March 25th from 4:00-6:00 pm ET, Sonalee Rashatwar (she/they) will be using their historically and trauma-informed therapy practice to host a workshop on fatphobia and body wisdom. This session will also introduce everyone to a self-love practice, gentle healing tips, and a creative opportunity for reflection! This event is a collaboration between the BU Community Service Center, Queer Activist Collective, and SARP. Additional sponsors include the Wellbeing Project and Behavioral Medicine. Open to the BU community. Closed captioning will be available. Please email bostonuq@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
