Spring Yoga w/ Melissa

The Wellness Task Force is continuing to facilitate a series of yoga classes this Spring. The class schedule for the remainder of March can be viewed below. Classes will start with a brief mindfulness exercise, followed by building heat through movement, and close with restoration. All levels are welcome! Open to all BUMC students.
