Catalyst is Boston University FORGE Design Studios' annual designathon. During this UX-focused competition, undergraduate students from across the US collaborate in teams of 2-3 to address a real-world design challenge. Participants brainstorm areas of opportunity, generate solutions, build prototypes, and present to industry professionals - all in just 40 hours. Catalyst is a FREE, no experience required event! Why attend Catalyst? - Build your portfolio and learn new skills with a variety of professional development and design workshops led by industry experts - Network with design, business, innovation, and technical mentors that will be virtually available all weekend - Opportunity to win prizes & free merch for participants who submit projects! Who can attend Catalyst? - The Catalyst competition is open to undergraduate students living in the United States (please register with your .edu email!) - If you live outside of the United States, or you're not sure if you have the time to compete for the weekend, you are more than welcome to register to attend Catalyst for the workshops and networking sessions!
