Virtual Hangout: Quieting Your Inner Critic

Virtual Hangouts are conversations about wellbeing topics that matter to you. Think: work-life balance, avoiding burnout or technology fatigue, making friends, and more. Hangouts are led by trained undergraduate and graduate BU students. The goal is start a peer-led and supportive dialogue about wellbeing, share tips and resources, and build connections between students.
