BOSSI
The Boston University Open Source Software Initiative, BOSSI, is a group of BU students and lecturers who care about open source and want to share their knowledge and help others become better open source contributors. However, that doesn't mean you have to be an open source contributor to participate in BOSSI. We also welcome people who want to know about free and open source alternatives to the expensive software (Office, Photoshop, etc) they are used to. Led by BU Spark! Engineer in Residence Langdon White, every second Wednesday of the month, BOSSI will host speakers, demos and exploratory sessions.
