Nutrition, Intuitive Eating, and Meal Planning
Please join Rachel Reynolds, MS, RDN, LDN, Assistant Director/Senior Nutritionist, Sargent Choice Nutrition Center (SCNC) for a nutrition seminar. This seminar will focus on strategies that help you provide your body with a balance of health-promoting foods as well as enjoyment of pleasure foods. You will be guided through SCNC’s meal planning tools to customize meals and snacks that maximize your nutrition and satisfaction, and fit within your budget and preferences.
