Research Priorities in the Time of COVID, with Matthew Fenton, Division of Extramural Activities, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
Dr. Matthew Fenton, Director, Division of Extramural Activities, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), will provide an update on NIAID’s current and future research priorities in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics covered will include the FY21 budget for the National Institutes of Health, COVID-related grant policies and flexibilities, the NIAID response to COVID (including Operation Warp Speed and the COVID-19 vaccine trials), and future COVID initiatives.
