Mind, Body, Spirit Yoga
A free, all levels yoga class for the BU community hosted virtually by Marsh Chapel. This class introduces the basics of yoga, as well as offers opportunities to take the practice deeper for more experienced practitioners. Attention to alignment, active awareness of breath and strength-building postures are all key aspects of this class. Students will be guided to not only develop physical abilities, but also a powerful sense of self. Class is taught with attention to modifications. Yoga instruction time is one hour. Class will begin at 5:45pm. Optional 15-minute time to chat and connect will be offered at the end of every class.
