Coping Through Connection
Living through a pandemic creates a multitude of feelings and experiences for all of us. This group is designed to offer a safe space for students to emotionally and socially connect with each other as they process their thoughts and feelings about its impact. Students will learn strategies to cope, identify resources and practice highlighting moments of joy and meaning in this new reality.
