BU Friendsgiving Yoga

BU students, Join us remotely on the morning of Thanksgiving, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27 2020 at 9am for a Morning Yoga Flow. Yoga will link breath and movement through a series of poses. Practice includes Sun Salutations and additional vignettes building around peak poses to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Class on Thursday, Nov. 26 will focus on heart openers, gentle back bends and breath work to prepare for a day of thanks. Class on Friday, Nov. 27 will focus on stretching, engaging your core and finding strength in poses. Please register for these classes by Wednesday Nov. 25 at 12pm. The instructors will send zoom links for both classes to you on Wednesday, Nov. 25th by 4pm. You can participate in both classes or just one.
