ASU Breaking Boundaries Featured Lunch
BU's Asian Student Union is kicking off their Breaking Boundaries event series in our dining rooms by featuring a meal of Pan-Roasted Soy-Glazed Salmon with Cool Cucumber Salad, inspired by local chef, Joanne Chang. Joanne Chang is an American chef and restaurant owner. She is the owner of Flour Bakery in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts and James Beard Foundation Award winner for Outstanding Baker, 2016.
