Workshop: Navigating Relationships
This group is designed to create a safe environment for students to better understand themselves, explore relationship patterns, and learn skills for navigating all types of relationships (including family, friends, co-workers, partners, etc.). Topics will include communication styles and skills, setting boundaries, actively listening and validation. Group members share experiences, discuss the application of skills and offer each other support. Students are encouraged to practice these skills and apply them between group sessions.
