Pepin Lecture: Recipes and Remembrances of Fair Dillard
Book talk with food historian Zella Palmer, Director of the Dillard University Ray Charles Program in African-American Material Culture. Recipes and Remembrances of Fair Dillard is a compilation of research and recipes related to Dillard University, one of New Orleans’s historically black colleges and universities, and one that is central to the history of the Civil Rights Movement, education, and the cultural identity of the city.
