The African Studies Library invites you to watch the Nigerian film, Thunderbolt: Magun on your own time (access information is provided below) and then join us for a fun and relaxed Zoom session to discuss and share your impressions of the film. Thunderbolt tells the story of Ngozi, an Igbo woman and Yinka a young man of Yoruba origin who meet and fall in love during the National Youth Service. Their eventual marriage soon develops problems fueled by rumors of extra-marital affairs.
