Protest Cinema: Killer of Sheep

This film series, organized by the Cinema & Media Studies Program, is designed to highlight poetic and nuanced films by black filmmakers that contribute to ongoing conversations about racial justice, economic inequality, colonialism and gender. All films will be made available for students to stream, and events will consist of a framed discussion of the films between faculty and students. Our first event will discuss Charles Burnett's searingly poetic film, Killer of Sheep. Zoom info: https://bostonu.zoom.us/j/96327437410?pwd=TDJJcUl3TitjS0IzNi9LYXB2Rno3dz09 (Passcode: 753308)
