This class introduces the basics of yoga, as well as offers opportunities to take the practice deeper for more experienced practitioners. Attention to alignment, active awareness of breath and strength-building postures are all key aspects of this class. Students will be guided to not only develop physical abilities, but also a powerful sense of self. Class is taught with attention to modifications. Yoga instruction time is one hour. Class will begin at 5:45pm. Optional 15-minute time to chat and connect will be offered at the end of every class. Register at www.bu.edu/chapel/programming/yoga
