Students will be guided to not only develop physical abilities, but also a powerful sense of self. Class is taught with attention to modifications. Yoga instruction time is one hour. Class will begin at 5:45pm. Optional 15-minute time to chat and connect will be offered at the end of every class. Register at www.bu.edu/chapel/programming/yoga
