Stress Management
This is the last workshop of the series offered by Professional Development and Postdoctoral Affairs in partnership with the Education Resource Center will provide participants with skills to manage their time, large projects, and stressors during and throughout the doctoral experience. The interactive workshops will introduce learners to strategies and tools that they will be able to apply to their professional lives well past the PhD. Participants will learn techniques for setting goals and priorities, approaches for working more efficiently and effectively, how to identify and combat stressors, and practice healthy coping strategies.
