Master's Student Lunch & Learn: Take Your Learning to the Next Level
At the end of a class session, do you find yourself quickly forgetting everything that you’ve just learned? It turns out that many common study habits such as rereading and cramming are ineffective and even counterproductive for building a professional knowledge base. This workshop will introduce you to strategies that will help you become a more effective learner, able to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems. With insights from cognitive psychology and other fields, you will come away from this workshop with a new perspective on grades, intelligence, and academic challenges.
