Resiliency, Stress and Grief: Managing through Covid-19
In a few short months, COVID-19 has created unprecedented losses for so many around the world and now throughout the United States. Designed for educators and parents, this webinar describes a way of understanding our varied reactions to the disruptions to home, school and work and the many insecurities brought about by this pandemic. We can more effectively cope and navigate through the many new challenges brought on by COVID-19 by engaging in a range of key resiliency efforts.
