CANCELED: The Joy of Seafood
Have you ever said, "I'd love to eat more seafood, but I don't know how to cook it"? Award-winning chef and sustainable food advocate Barton Seaver shares everything you need to know about how to buy, store, and prepare seafood (including less well-known species and some freshwater fish), along with tips and techniques to bring out the best in the day's catch, whether it’s fresh or frozen. The celebrated chef and author, one of the world’s leading sustainable seafood experts and educators, will demonstrate recipes from his new book, which will inspire you to rethink and enjoy seafood.
