Cooking With The Master: An Evening With Jaques Pepin

From an elegant omelet to the classic chicken ballontine, a recipe executed by the legendary Jacques Pépin (Hon. '11) is an embodiment of culinary perfection. Jacques will demonstrate recipes and techniques personally selected from his extensive published works. Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal paired with wine, and receive a copy of one of Jacques' celebrated cookbooks.
