NALSA/FGP Paint-A-Pot
As a nice way to wind down and create a positive environment for all, NALSA and FGP are collaborating on this year's Pot-A-Plant event. Last year the event was a massive success and with FGP's involvement, we hope to ensure more students can participate. We will have succulents for planting and pots for painting. Additionally we will have food and NALSA's PowerPoint discussion led by the E-board to discuss pressing topics in Indian Country, such as the Indian Child Welfare Act, US Supreme Court Case Carpenter v. Murphy, recent repatriation efforts, and the ongoing Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe's efforts for a casino in Massachusetts.
