What is Conduent?
Conduent is one of the largest business process companies in the world, delivering mission-critical services and solutions for reporting and addressing workers compensation injuries.
What is the Reporting Process?
Beginning September 1, 2021 when a faculty or staff member is injured in the BU workplace, they will no longer need to wait for a supervisor to submit a form online, rather they will immediately call Conduent at 833-951-2415. A live representative will provide guidance during the initial intake process to assure a more successful claims management experience.
Conduent provides claim intake services with after-hours nurse assessments to ensure best care and effective claims management at the point of injury.
During BUOHC and ROHP’s working hours
- The claims representative will transfer the employee to the appropriate clinic for further care.
- The representative will transfer ROHP patients to their after-hours hotline.
- BUOHC patients, if needed, will be transferred to a nurse triage line.
After-hours nurse triage at the point of injury will allow for best care by expertly recommending real-time, professional treatment advice.
