Six of the ten snowiest winters on record in Boston occurred in the last 25 years. As the city digs out from this year's historic snowfall, the time has come to ask whether the increasing frequency of severe weather is linked to climate change and, if so, what that means for coastal cities like Boston. Leading climate and weather scientist Dr. Kerry Emanuel, of MIT, will join us at the BU School of Law to talk about the link between climate change and extreme weather on March 27. His comments will be followed by a panel discussion on international and domestic policy responses and, later, a networking reception. Please join us!
