On Monday, May 12, 2014 at 6:30pm the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras (BYSO) will host its Annual Spring Gala “A Toast to Creativity” at the Museum of Fine Arts where BYSO will honor esteemed alumnus, and music and technology innovator, Eran Egozy. Mr. Egozy is Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of Harmonix Music Systems - creator of Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and Dance Central. Over the course of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet fellow supporters, enjoy delectable food, bid on silent and live auction items, and experience an unforgettable performance by BYSO musicians. Widely regarded as one of the country’s finest youth orchestra programs, BYSO is recognized as a model music and arts education organization that serves nearly 500 students, ages 6 to 18. Its mission is to encourage musical excellence in a professional and supportive environment, and making its programs accessible to underserved communities through financial assistance and outreach.
